Returns & Refund Policy

At Pink Peppers, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customised or engraved products are non-refundable.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
• To initiate a return, email returns@pinkpeppers.in with your order number and a photo of the item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@pinkpeppers.in with your order number. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
